Please note free delivery is only an option if your order is over $55. we will deliver to any buildings/condos as long as we are given access + permission to leave parcel with concierge. if we are unable to gain access or leave your parcel unattended, we will redeliver at another date for a fee.

We offer two options for delivery through Canada Post:

  • Standard Shipping - Ontario & Quebec (2-4 business days) - $10

  • Standard Shipping - Rest of Canada (3-7 business days) - $15

  • Express Shipping - Canada Wide (1-4 business days) - $18

We are offering FREE Standard Canada wide shipping only on orders over $200.  


  • Standard Shipping - USA (6-10 business days) - $20

  • Standard Shipping - All Other Countries (6-10 business days) - $25

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been fulfilled + shipped, you will receive an email with package tracking.

Please note: orders shipped may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately, Breeze Sustainable Market cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for US. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Currently orders will be delivered on Saturdays only between 8am - 1pm. 

Orders placed before 9PM Friday will be delivered on Saturday of that week. 

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your item has been prepared and shipped, you will receive another email with information regarding your local delivery. 

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (see Delivery Times & Tracking). 


Your items will be delivered between 8am - 1pm on your delivery date. You will receive a notification on the day of your delivery + a photo of the package if successfully delivered. If you are unable to receive the parcel, you must arrange + confirm details at checkout or via email. Breeze Sustainable Market takes no responsibility should a parcel be left unattended + be reported missing. 

For standard delivery in Ontario & Quebec, please allow 2-4 business days from the date you receive your shipment email for your parcel to be delivered. For rest of Canada allow 3-7 business days. If you’ve selected express shipping, please allow 1-4 business days from the day you receive your shipment email. Your shipment email will include a tracking number and a link to the couriers website for you to track your package.  

Please note: If the address provided is not verified by Canada Post and is returned to Breeze Sustainable Market, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to having the package reshipped.


We have a strict NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy on all our items listed for sale. We try our best to ensure seller’s be as descriptive as possible in their product details and encourage customers to email through any questions, comments or concerns about a product prior to placing an order. We know the idea of final sale can be a bit intimidating when purchasing online, however we want you to know we follow this protocol for a variety of reasons:

  1. the environmental impact of returns is HUGE! As a business, we pride ourselves on truly embodying the concept of running a business sustainably. With over 5 billion pounds of a waste a year being accumulated due to reverse shipping, we realise we have the power in our hands to reduce this number and play our part in helping our environment.

  2. once we transfer profits to the seller, we are unable to reverse those payments. We are the middle man that holds the money for the seller and once that money has left our hands, we are unable to receive it back. 

  3. slow fashion means just that - slow. We want you to make sure when you’re purchasing from us that the items you are selecting are special pieces. We don’t want you to over consume and buy anything unnecessary, we want you to purchase mindfully. We want you to find a connection to that one of a kind special piece (or pieces) and keep them for longer than a few wears. And when you’re done with it, you can pass it onto its next owner of course!

With that being said, if you have any concerns about our return policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Our team is happy to look into any issues or concerns you have with an order and all requests will be handled on a case by case basis. 


As we hope you are shopping mindfully, we are aware that there may be errors during the checkout process. If you purchased something by accident or want to amend details on an order, please reach out to as soon as possible. If you have already received a shipment email, we are unfortunately unable to amend the order as it has already left our hands. If you have selected local delivery, you have until 9pm on Fridays (Local Delivery ONLY) to amend any details. If we do not receive correspondence before this time, you will be unable to change your order. Please ensure you are completely checking your order and the details (i.e delivery address) before purchasing to avoid any delays or errors.


In the event that your items arrive to you incorrectly or are faulty, please send us an email and we will investigate the issue. All requests are catered to on a case by case basis. If your item has been shipped by Canada Post and is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting their customer service team to launch an investigation on the issue. We will do our best on our end to aid in any investigation inquiries. 

We encourage our sellers to be as descriptive as possible when noting any flaws or minor imperfections to their items. However, some items may have small signs of wear that might not be listed in the description. Please keep this in mind when purchasing, as all our items are preloved + this only adds beauty to it's unique character.
